CABY – Terms and Conditions for Drivers

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up as a driver and using the CABY Driver app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable local regulations. You must explicitly accept these Terms and Conditions during the registration process to proceed.
2. Driver Eligibility

To register as a driver, you must:

Be at least 21 years old.
Hold a valid driving license in Kuwait.
Own or have legal access to a properly registered vehicle.
Pass background and vehicle checks conducted by CABY.

3. Relationship with CABY

CABY is a technology platform connecting drivers with passengers. You are an independent contractor, not an employee of CABY.
4. Earnings and Subscription Fee

Fares paid by passengers are transferred directly to you.
CABY operates on a subscription model. Drivers may be required to pay a flat subscription fee to use the platform, which will be implemented once CABY confirms sufficient trip volume or driver benefits. Details of the subscription will be communicated via the app or email.
Earnings are transferred to your registered bank account or wallet weekly.

5. Driver Conduct

You agree to:

Behave professionally with passengers.
Maintain a clean, safe, and roadworthy vehicle.
Not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, or any other protected characteristic.
Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations.

6. Cancellations and No-Shows

Frequent cancellations or missed rides may result in account suspension or restricted access to the platform.
7. Insurance and Liability

You are responsible for maintaining valid vehicle insurance.
CABY is not liable for traffic violations, accidents, or damages caused by you during trips.

8. Data Privacy

CABY will collect, store, and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Account Suspension/Termination

CABY reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform for misconduct, fraud, poor customer ratings, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Changes to Terms

CABY may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of changes through the app or email, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
